You can return to your normal activities immediately after your procedure without any post-treatment restrictions or requirements. Some patients appear flushed at first, or experience slight swelling, tingling or tenderness to the touch. These are mild and temporary in nature, and should not interfere with your normal activities. As with any medical procedure, there is the possibility for other rare effects, which your practitioner will review with you.

Photo rejuvenation (IPL) refers to the use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and it is used to treat skin conditions related to sun-induced skin damage. It uses a broad spectrum of light which is primarily absorbed by melanin and oxyhemoglobin and is effective in reducing the appearance of sun spots, capillaries, elastosis and fine lines. It is one of the most advanced treatments available today.
Broad spectrum pulsed light is transmitted through a continuously cooled applicator, gently placed over the skin. Cut-off filters in the hand piece change the range of wavelengths, optimizing it for different applications and skin types. The recommended treatment is for three sessions, one per month. After each session it is highly recommended to avoid contact with direct sunlight and to use solar protection.

It is used to relax and soften the expression, giving it a more youthful and rested look. This technique relaxes muscle tension which leads to a reduction in expression lines. It is especially successful in reducing frown lines on the forehead and around the eyes. It is also very effective in eliminating fine lines from the décolletage.
Botox is applied through a series of small injections into the area to be treated. Results begin to be noticed after the third day and by day fifteen are fully in effect. Depending on each individual client, the results will last on average up to four months and can even last up to eight months.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found and produced in the body, most noticeably in our joints and skin. It is well known for its many health benefits, especially increasing skin moisture, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and in shortening injury recuperation time.
The most effective manner in which to apply hyaluronic acid is though injection, as it works as natural filler and its composition is very similar to that which is naturally produced by the body, being biodegradable over time. Skin elasticity is improved; lost volume replaced thus reducing and eliminating expression lines and wrinkles.
